All Guests
Hours
The Meraki building is open every day from 6am-10pm. Occupancy outside of those hours by special permission only.
Secure the Building
Please keep our whole community safe by making sure the building is secured at all times. We have, on occasion, had people wander into the building whose intentions were questionable.
*If you need to prop open a door to load equipment or for other reasons, please make sure someone responsible is keeping an eye on it while it is open.
*Failure to lock the green doors at the end of an event or to remove a prop from the glass door in a timely fashion will incur a $100 fee.
*While we always strive to be welcoming, please let your guests and clients know that they should arrive no more than 15 minutes before their class or session begins.
Leave No Trace
One of the ways we keep Meraki affordable is that we do not employ a full time cleaning staff. When you leave a space, it is your responsibility to:
*Return borrowed furniture
*Reset furniture to its original position
*Remove food and trash (new bags at the bottom of each can, take full bags to the kitchen)
*Turn off the lights
*Turn off the AC if applicable.
Failure to return a space to its prior condition will result in a cleaning fee:
$25 for smaller offices
$100 for the Miscellanium
$150 for the Sanctuary
Behavior and Expectations
- Children must be supervised by their caretaker at all times.
- Noise levels: Maintain a noise level that allows for focused work and minimizes distractions for other members.
- Shared spaces: Clean up after yourself in shared areas, including meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Personal conduct: Refrain from disruptive behavior, including loud conversations, excessive phone use, or engaging in activities that could disturb others.
- Respect for property: Treat the coworking space and its equipment with care and respect.
- Personal belongings: Keep personal belongings organized and unobtrusive to maintain a clean and professional workspace.
Pets
Service animals only.
No Smoking
No smoking in the building or on the sidewalk – the smoke travels in through windows and vents. Please cross the streets to to smoke.
No Alcohol/Substances
No alcohol except by special permission. You must bring in a licensed bartender.
No drugs of any kind. This is a substance-free zone.
We reserve the right to physically remove and cancel all future access to anyone in violation of this policy.
Payment Methods
We accept credit, debit, and bank transfers. We also accept cash or check deposited into the “Management” mailbox on the first floor.
Damages
If you damage Meraki property, we will charge you to repair or replace what was broken at cost.
Liability
Use the space at your own risk.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
You are liable for your guests.
